Former Arkansas lottery Director, NASPL President and Lottery Field Hall of Fame member Bishop Woosley has fashioned Woosley Gaming Advisors, a lottery and gaming consulting company. Woosley turned the Director of the Arkansas Lottery in February 2012 a place he held until eventually August 2020.
